1. Why do you want to be an Assistant admin ?
I enjoy assisting people and being part of a community that has given me lots of good memories, therefore the passion for being an assistant admin. I have been working with state agencies for about six months, so I know how to handle reports, stay calm, and de-escalate situations with any kind of player. My aim is to keep things balanced without ruining fun. I also want to assist new players in getting used to the server and the fundamentals of roleplay.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
STATE
SAHP: 6x Terms (1x Captain, 1x DHOD, 1x HOD , 1x Department Commander)
LSPD: 2x Terms, (1x TFO, 1x Deputy Head Of Department)
FIB: 1x Term, (1x Special Agent 2)
NG: 1x Term, (I dont remember the rank it was over a year ago)
Crime:
BALLAS: 2 weeks, [1x Rank 9 (HC) ]
MARABUNTA: 2x Terms, [ 1x Rank 11 (HC) ]
3. What are your strengths?
- I'm good at communicating and calming situations down
- I'm always around during peak hours
- I stay calm and fair when there's a conflict
4. What are your weaknesses?
- I get distracted by little things sometimes, and it makes me slower
- I have never been an admin or assistant admin for a large community, so this is something new for me
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
- I can handle player reports fast and unbiased
- I can identify rule breaches and articulate the rules clearly
- I'm approachable and positive, so players can be comfortable coming up to me
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No, I am free on the above-mentioned hours.

Grand RP has taught me much over the past few months. I want to give back to players as someone they can trust, respect, and rely on every day.
