1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
= I spent a long time playing RP and now I want to move into a role where I can actually help players. I like handling situations, guiding new players, and keeping things smooth. I understand rules well and I want to use my experience to help the admin team. I’ve been part of multiple state orgs at HC positions which taught me responsibility discipline, and Now I feel it’s the right time to use that experience to support players.

= Handling pressure calmly
= Patient with people in a situation
= Responsible
= Quick learner
3. What are your weaknesses?
= Overthinks sometimes
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
= I can handle situations calmly and fairly
= I understand server rules well and can explain them clearly.
= I can deal with reports quickly without wasting time.
= I communicate politely with players and solve conflicts.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
= Yes. I don’t have any business
