Answer :
2.1 I’ve been part of EN03 for a long time, and during that time, I gained a lot of experience in various org's by serving in various High command positions in well-known gangs. Managing members, maintaining discipline, and staying calm under pressure gave me valuable insight into how a group works internally. After learning from different leaders and their experiences, I feel confident and ready to guide my own family and give them the steady, organized leadership they deserve.
2.2 Throughout my time in the city, I always approached the criminal side of things with responsibility and structure. Whether it was FZ raids, store hits, hostage situations, or quick reactions, I never relied on guesses or random numbers. I prefer to communicate clearly, assign tasks properly, and plan ahead. I want to promote teamwork, organization, and efficiency in a family, so the gang can be known for strategy instead of mindless violence.
2.3 The robberies, shootouts, and turf wars have always been the most thrilling parts of gang life for me. They brought me closer to the world of crime and allowed me to work with a few shooting crews. I recently played for a team that was doing exceptionally well, but the season ended before we could reach our full potential. This time, I want to fully embrace the leadership role to create a well-behaved gang that regularly attends events, controls its territory, and engages in graffiti. My goal is long-term dominance instead of short bursts of control.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
We will participate in everyday activities like realistic hostage scenarios, store and gun shop robberies, and FZ raids.
The Leader and Deputy will help new members during these events. They will ensure members feel comfortable with gang operations and maintain open communication.
Every capture must be secure. We should keep full control whenever possible.
We will foster a positive environment in the gang by avoiding toxic behavior, disrespect, and unnecessary drama.
before inviting someone in the org we will conduct and short interview for him
