2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) I want to be the leader of Ballas because of I want to be Leader of any org Ive reached highest ranks in every organisations but It wasn't enjoyable enough.
2) I believe I have gained enough experience in hosting and am good enough to lead in an organization.
3) My friends always told me I should lead a gang, but I never listened to them. But now I've found myself in a difficult situation and I've decided to follow their lead and apply for a leadership role.
I wish to apply for this leadership position.
3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.
1) Have a good recruitment team to ensure we have numbers during all times of the day. By inviting people from different time zones for certain events.
2) Ensure that my gang knows and can also up hold rules.
3) Attend every event.
4) Be a fierce force in the ghetto
5) Get 100% sprays if i can get the right team to help me.
6) And my biggest goal is just to make ballas a fierce and also a respected gang within the community
7) I will try to dominate whole ghetto with Ballas Gang
8) We will do Alliance with other gangs
9) Will do Ballas active and we will do every events everyday
