Dear Curator of the Project / Chief Administrator,

I am filing this complaint to request a review of a "Mass Rule Break" report against the Ballas Gang, which was rejected by Deputy Chief Floki Vilgeroarson.

The reason for rejection was: "I dont see actual rulebreaks, just bad/unclear negotiations."

I respectfully disagree with this verdict for the following factual reasons visible in my uncut POV:

1. The Negotiation Was Concluded: At timestamp [2:31], the Ballas Leader/Representative ACCEPTED the offer of $300,000 . There was no confusion at that specific moment; the deal was sealed.
2. Fail RP / Fear RP: Even if the negotiations were "bad" or "tense," that does not give a gang the right to abruptly abandon a High-Command Hostage and flee the scene while surrounded by State Organizations.
3. Contradiction: Fleeing without the money and leaving the hostage behind simply because they were impatient is the definition of Fail RP and Fear RP (No value of life for the hostage or themselves facing 20+ cops).

The video clearly shows a Mass Rule Break where the entire gang broke character and server rules to escape a losing situation.

I ask you to watch the evidence one last time. "Bad negotiations" should not justify breaking core server rules like FearRP.

Proper decision taken, that is what criminals do, attempt to escape, had a hostage, when handed it over attempted to escape if we want to be this tedious about it then I should be punishing law as well for being too close to criminals while holding a hostage when they always negotiate from far away IRL!
