2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 First of all i want to become a leader of this organisation since my life story began here and want to become an unforgettable leader with best crimes against leos and city and mostly be the most active organisation and also and want to have great Memories with this organisation in being of RP
2.2 And most people were lower rank who should have deserved high command and people who deserverd lower ranks were high commands and would most likely fix every one of these mistakes as some leaders dont even deal with ranks and anything else also i failed 4 time high command interview but in 5th time of my high command interview i learnt the rules and passed it. I started playing with crime side from 6 months in city 2 and in city 3 for like 3 month and i believe i am ready to take this kind of responsibility and become a leader of this organisation without any issues also i have been deputy in every organisation in crime side as vagos, families, marabunta, bloods, ballas and i think my experience is good enough to apply to become a leader in an crime organisation
2.3 Also the East Side Ballas gang is one of the most active organisations depending on the leader like Mr Gogo Daku which he made his term active by doing max event and completing his term successfull and i am applying because the East Side Ballas gang has term depend on leader and i am applying to make my term remembered by everyone and do most activity in city. and i have good conetcion with leaders and some families which could help me run my organisation with its best potential as for my opinion in the East Side Ballas Gang
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My goals for the East Side Ballas Gang
100% turf and maximum events in a single day most active term and complete the task assigned by curator before given time.
Taking Over The ghetto withouth any issues
Max number in every event from the East Side Ballas Gang and will complete 2 terms successfully withouth any issues
Daily Ghetto clappings and hostage situations max grafitis and responsible high commands and deputys who can solve the prolems of a lower rank and help them share the knowledge so it will help us and them to become a high command and it will help my term
Max events everyday and complete the Weekly given tasks by the curator before ending week
