I was present at Bloods HQ as a gang member. The suspect, who is also a member of the same gang (Bloods), randomly killed me without any RP reason (RDM). This violates Ghetto Rule 1.5: “It is forbidden to push/kill gang members in their own headquarters.”
There was no request, no IC reason—it was purely RDM. I was [AFK/playing in the background, whatever]. The full clip shows everything.
