Reason: Want to recover my account
Dear administration,
I will explain you first how i got this anti-cheat block to my account. Actually, on January 9, 2025, on afternoon I download EN 2 server after i logged in any i got a random character with new dress and bald guy i did not get my main character so that random character continuous going underground and suddenly that interface come to my screen that i got anti cheat #934 from napal fedorov. I don't understand this type of thing never happened to me i never use any redux or any type of cheat anything but still don't understand what that day i think net issue maybe but not sure.
After that i did many forums to technical section but they rejected because i did not remember my account number properly thats why. But now i checked that my account number shown in ban interface so that i again trying to recover my account because this time i have my account number.
So sir, I am providing all the information about my account please have a look once and help me to get my account request.
I hope you understand what i am trying to say its humble request give my account back as i did not do any wrong thing with my account its blocked by game issue thats why.
