1. Why do you want to become an Assistant Admin?
I would like to apply for the position of Assistant Admin because I am motivated to help new people and contribute to the community through the knowledge have gained from being a part of this server for a long period of time. I want to grow and learn from the other admins and my peers to make sure everyone in GrandRP follow the rules as much as possible. Since I have played on this server in various ORGs and perspectives, I am familiar with the rules on this server, as well as how things operate in the departments, Leos and crime, which makes me feel that the time is perfect for me to take on the responsibility of being an Assistant Admin. I have always tried to comply as much as possible with the rules of the Grand RP which I take very seriously because I am aware that they play a significant part in ensuring that roleplay on this server is of high standards and is as immersive as possible. In addition, with my past experiences as an Admin on other English servers and my previous projects, It has become natural to me at helping new people, staying calm, and speaking clearly.

3. What are your strengths?
I am a reliable and dedicated worker, and once the tasks are assigned to me, I make sure that they are accomplished efficiently, as well as before the deadline. I am a fast learner, so that even with a short period, I am still capable of learning a new system, rule, or responsibility. I am also a detail oriented person who is very trustworthy and reliable.
4. What are your weaknesses?
I overthink situations sometimes and get off track the with the situation at hand. I often can be overly careful and may hesitate before acting because I want to be sure I’m making the right decision. I can be self critical, often reflecting heavily on my actions to make sure I handled situations correctly.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by being an Assistant?
I believe that I am reliable, highly active, and will be an attentive member of the admin team. I am a highly observant person, which helps me detect rule breaking instances or scenarios that need the attention of the staff on the server, ensuring a fair and fun experience for all players. I am mostly active throughout the entire day, which helps me assist the players, respond to reports, and assist the team when it is necessary. I communicate in a calm and professional manner ; I follow the rules of the server as well as the admin ranks, and am always eager to learn from my errors.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
Just College, but it doesn't matter as i wrote my active times based around it so its fine.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration, or should we know for your application?
I would like to add that I am entirely devoted to the duties that come with this position and am aware of the need for professionalism, impartiality, and confidentiality throughout the admin team. I am always eager to receive constructive feedback on how I can develop, and, what is more, I am passionate about being a positive force within the server as a whole and a source of support to the staff team as required.
