Background History:
On the late evening of December 10th, 1972, a man riding a black horse down the center of the Great Ocean Highway was making his way towards the city of Los Santos. His face covered with a black desert scarf and a revolver waving in his hand doing murders all the way. The man was Azarel.
Azarel was the grim reaper of the Los Santos underworld. For two decades, he didn't care about money or territory; he cared about the fight. By late 1990s, Azarel was recognised by all the major gangs of Los Santos and was also a part of some. But soon he realised that he wanted more power that too without restrictions.
He decided to leave the territory of the gangs. Azarel and Peter, with all the money they had got away with a bike and this was the beginning of the family TESTING x MONEYCOSTA.
They were no less than terrorists. Money or power, they owned both.
No gang could buy them, no leos could break them.
They used the chaos of Los Santos to build an empire:
Every person was their member either it be the gangs, the leos, fib or the government.
By this time, Azarel had made money more than he ever imagined and he gave it all to his people. Cars, clothes, businesses — they didn’t just run the city, they owned it.
Azarel always said:
"My people are not slaves.
Every member is a CEO"
