The organization that is conducting the event: Life Invader
The event scenario must be detailed and include the whole event:
The word got out, the local terrorist gangs had taken captive a tugboat of refugees.
Life Invader's news team hears about the situation and goes to investigate.
As they film to capture their story, they must find the tugboat along with the other state orgs, leaving from the NG base.
All state orgs come under heavy fire from the gangs upon the tugboats waiting for them.
Some gang members are on boats of their own. If the LEOs & LI work together, they can free the refugees and get them into their boats to whisk them away to safety.
But the gangs are in hot pursuit to stop them. The only way to stop the LEOs/LI is to kill them all before the state orgs get to the aircraft carrier waiting to take the refugees to safety.

Role of Each Organization Involved: State and Crime Organisation members will compete to win.
Other organizations involved: State and Crime Organisation members - up to 20 people each side.
Vehicles/weapons needed: Tugboat, patrol boats, speeder, AR and snipers, Armour
Admin Requirements: Spawn items required. To bring people to the event. Count down to the start.
Rules of the event: No reviving with medkits or with the org menu.
How is the event won? LI/LEOs get the refugees to the aircraft carrier to win. The gangs kill all the LEOs to win.
Prize for the winner: $500.000
