Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. I want to rebuild activity and raise the gang’s overall standard.
When I first arrived in the city, I noticed that many gangs lacked consistency and real presence. I spent significant time understanding gang, city rules, and RP expectations from the inside. This experience showed me what works and what doesn’t. My goal is to bring that same dedication, structure, and momentum to Ballas and elevate it to a higher level than ever before.
2. I stand for fairness, structure, and zero favoritism.
One of the biggest issues I’ve seen in gangs is rank favoritism—members being promoted without experience or rule knowledge, while hardworking members are ignored. I strongly oppose this approach. As a leader, promotions would be based strictly on activity, loyalty, RP quality, and rule compliance. Everyone would have equal opportunity to grow. I believe a clean system builds respect, reduces toxicity, and creates a healthy environment where members feel valued and motivated.
