2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I would like to be Leader of EMS as for me this org is One of Important org here!
- I seen how much EMS actual needed for City and other Orgs and My Previuos Experience over 8 terms made me do take term as EMS Leader for more groving as person and I do want help EMS to be Great I can't promise that i will succeed but i promise I will try!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice to improve RP levels is to teach new comers to be more welcoming to try get make it more realistic actions for helping patients! I would try get better bonuss for staff who work hard they would get better bonus and try make it to person can get only 1 promotion per Week in promotion Ceremony and people who prime out would lose they hard earned ranks and logs would make sure to they not getting back old rank . I know term gonna be very though from begining but i hope make it till end.
