You can see he was using lockpicks to remove handcuffs from 113011, But he used an emote to cancel the animation of using lockpicks. Audio is bugged i dont know why but you can clearly see bug abuse here.

Well the clip is 30 Seconds which you need at least 1 minute, Also no audio in the clip which you also need, ANDDD also is not bug abuse because it didn't pause the animation

Emote made the animation change a whole lot. bug abuse is bug abuse. if y'all need a 1 minute clip feel free to mention it, bug abuse is bug abuse like i said which is seen in this clip.
