2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation):
Having spent almost all my time at EMS, I have realized how important EMS is to this city. I want to build a team of experienced Doctors and Response Units that would serve the city and fulfill their responsibilities on time and with quality that citizens expect from us. Building a positive and a healthy environment has always been the core of our organization.
I strongly believe that this leadership is special because of the people you meet throughout your journey. I have been the chief once and I know how it feels when you are surrounded by pressure. EMS has various experienced individuals who can help and support you when you need them the most. Teaching and working alongside these people is something that I want to experience again.
Being the Chief of EMS, I have a few strategies that I would like to propose and recommend, I strongly believe those small changes would make a significant impact in helping EMS bring new employees that would learn and love to serve the city with determination and a will to improve. I want every EMS member to feel that their effort and progress matter, which is why I plan to introduce proper certifications and acknowledgements as they gain experience and move up the ranks. These certifications would help employees understand their specialty and expertise. It will also benefit them in having an understanding of their department.
3.Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization?
Maintaining a high level roleplay is always gonna be my top priority. I will make sure that small things like roleplay terms and radio rules are taught and reminded to our employees more often to ensure they always maintain a high quality roleplay in the organization. I would also like to introduce scenario-based training sessions where EMS can practice long roleplay scenes. These sessions help our employees gain confidence and improve decision making in roleplay situations. Bonus structure will be modified to ensure people get rewarded appropriately and training sessions will be conducted more frequently. Every employee of EMS matters and they deserve all the respect for their absolute perfect work.
