2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have wanted to take on a leadership role within an organization for a long time, as I strongly believe I can contribute strong leadership skills, passion, and motivation. I have spent a significant amount of time on the gang side of things, which has allowed me to gain extensive knowledge and experience. I now feel fully prepared to use that experience to help the gang grow and become an even stronger and more organized place.
During my time in Marabunta, I progressed to Rank 7 (Elite) by consistently attending events and meeting points, as well as actively helping prepare and organize activities such as clandestine operations and battleships. I dedicated a lot of my time and effort to Marabunta, and stepping into a leadership position would allow me to continue growing, while also giving back to the gang in a much bigger way.
As a leader, my main priority would be to ensure that Marabunta remains a positive, motivated, and fair environment for everyone. I would focus on keeping members motivated, encouraging progression through the ranks, and making sure everyone feels respected and valued. I believe in treating all members equally and giving people opportunities to try new roles, such as joining the Turf Team or other specialized units, so they can develop their skills and stay engaged.
Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization:
I strongly believe in giving new members equal opportunities and ensuring that no one feels left out or forgotten. Any effort and dedication shown by members will be recognized and can lead to promotions or additional responsibilities. As mentioned before, it will be my responsibility, along with my High Command, to ensure that all members regularly attend events and maintain a professional standard of behavior.
I will also make sure there is a clear line when it comes to toxicity, whether toward other gang members, civilians, or law enforcement. Maintaining respectful and controlled interactions is essential for strong roleplay and the gang’s reputation.
Additionally, I will ensure that every individual who joins the gang has a solid understanding of the city and all relevant rules, including General Rules, Event Rules, and Ghetto Rules. Members will also be expected to have a clear understanding of the English language, as effective communication is crucial during RP situations.
