Approved Ghetto Rules 1.6 & Non-RP Driving | ID 29918

I hopped out of my car and shot at ID 29918 and then chased him. While I was chasing him he was driving through the edge of his HQ a few times and drove through a green zone ( the hospital & The fire department ) breaking ghetto rules 1.6. Towards the end of me chasing him he rolled his car, drove off like nothing happened and drove up a hill like a ramp which is non-rp driving.
