1. Why are you interested in assuming the Assistant Admin position?
So my real name is Mohamed and I'm known in my community that I love to help people and I see myself capable of acheiving that with the admin assistant role, and I've noticed that a lot of players in my community don't speak english very well and find some difficulties in communicating with the staff in the server , so my goal is to build a bridge that connects between the players of my community needs and the administration beyond the obstacle of language, I admit that I'm not older in the game and that the staff is already doing a good job but I feel like I'm capable and I should contribute in the legacy of the game regardless of my humble experience .Finally, I hope to get the opportunity to create a more convenient place and provide better experince for all newcomers while I'm expanding my knowledge and exploring the beauty of this environment .

3. What are your strengths?
I'm fluent in both english and arabic while I'm developing my french
I'm a good listener, so I can understand the situations from all the perspectives
I'm calm wich means I don't get angry easily
I'm a team worker, I'm the type of person you turn to for advice, not someone that gets involved directly in the situation
I have a sharp look wich means I can notice when people are manipulating the situation.
4. What are your weaknesses?
I'm not a person that likes noise so if the situation is a big deal I will turn to higher role administrators for help.
I don't trust so fast, so I'll be constantly checking myself if everything is going on track with every problem I'm holding.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
The main thing as I mentionned earlier is to help remove the obstacle of language between the players and the administration and I play for long times during the day wich means I'll be available for most of the day.
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
Just exams until the end of this month and I'll be available for mor hours.
7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I believe that RolePlay community will continue thriving regardless of whoever is joining the administration team and I hope all the best to them in protecting it and providing a safe confortable and enjoyable experience to all the players wether I was a player or an admin assistant.
