1. Experience & proven leadership
After serving as 1x High Command in Bloods, 1x High Command in Ballas and currently Families High Command, I gained strong leadership experience and a deep understanding of gang roleplay. During my time, I focused on creating new RP scenarios, helping new players gain experience, and making sure roleplay stayed fun and engaging. I want to continue contributing to the server because I am not done bringing enjoyment, creativity, and quality RP to both the organization and the players.
2. Creative RP & active events (day & night)
This new term, I want to push creativity even further. My goal is to organize more RP scenarios, interactive events, and meaningful storylines rather than focusing only on shootings. I also want to make sure Marabunta stays active during late-night hours (after 00:00), as night players often lack activities. Night events during my previous term were very successful and kept players engaged and entertained.
3. Passion for leadership & server enjoyment
Being a leader is stressful, but it also brings responsibility, excitement, and growth. I enjoy motivating people, creating memories, and making the server fun to play instead of repetitive. My aim is to make Marabunta a gang where members enjoy logging in, feel valued, and stay active while maintaining strong RP and discipline.

- Strong focus on teamwork and quality roleplay
- Regular RP scenarios and story-based situations
- Mandatory participation in server events
- Bonuses and rewards for winning events
- Strict rule enforcement and discipline
- Maximizing spray profits every hour
- Working towards Terrorist Organization status again
