2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1) Right now, i feel like Marabunta is not at its full potential and i would like to to change that. i have been in the city for a long time and i know how gangs work. i have experience in both legal and illegal organizations. I know how to lead and manage a team. i think Marabunta just needs the right people in high command and a leader who knows what to do. i want to make Marabunta stand out by choosing good deputies, building a strong turf team and doing things that make the gang active and fun. I will give time and effort to make sure Marabunta is well-known in the city.
2.2) One of my main goals is to bring life to the gang. i will plan daily activities and events for the members so no one gets bored. We will take part in every gang raid, store robbery, hostage situation and more. i want members to always have something to do. I will make sure the turf team trains together and is ready at any time. i believe daily RP and action are what keep a gang alive and i will make sure that happens.
2.3) I know leading a gang or any kind of Organization is a big responsibility and im ready for it. i will recruit experienced members who can help the gang. i will also teach those who need help to understand how the gang works. i will explain how events happen and how ranks are given. i dont avoid responsibility because being a leader means im ready to face the challenges that come with the job.
3. My Advice to Improve RP in the Organization
My Goals:
1. Join and host many events to keep members busy and having fun.
2. Keep the gang friendly. No bad behavior or fighting inside.
3. Choose only deputies who are active and can be trusted.
4. Work to control all turf areas with a strong team.
5. Always work together as a team in all gang activities.
6. Listen to members and try to fix problems quickly.
