2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1- I have been very active in the city and gained a lot of experience on both the legal and criminal sides. I have been Deputy in vagos then in ballas and leader of families, so i know how things work. Now i want to take the next step and lead. I like vagos HQ because it's in a good location and has great potential to increase activity in its ghetto. I want to try leading it and make the ghetto more active. I will choose trusted deputies, a strong high command and build a good turf team.
2- I will keep Vagos active every day with events and RP. I will make sure we attend all gang raids, store robberies, hostage situations, FZ raids and all other events. I fully trust my turf deputies. They have lots of experience and always put in their best effort. My turf team is very strong and that makes me confident we will succeed. I want Vagos to be fun, strong and known in the city.
3- Learning From My Past Like It was some big issues so i have disbanded but this time i am fully ready To Lead Vagos I have Approached Past Leader and Family They Will Help In Making Active and Last Time My Active was not good because i dont have good deputies Now This Time I have All 4 Deputy Behind Me So This Time No Problem
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
(1) I will see to that there should be deputies for work not just for rank so that the events can be managed properly without any rule break and everything goes smooth and also ensure that the deputies are well known about the gangs and illegal orgs by taking there proper interview.
(2) I will also see to it there is no such favouritism so that every guy could get the rank according to their knowledge and turfing skills.
(3) I will also plant solar and cannabis seed in the hq so that gang members could get a good bonus after every event and our economy could grow stronger.
(4) We will take every highcommand in gang by taking their proper interview so that the term could go very well without getting any warning or strike.
(5) I have one Active Deputy one Day Deputy one Turf Deputy One Night Deputy So We will active 24/7.
Goals:
1).Being organized and having a spray team.
2). Become the most active gang in the ghetto and at events in the city.
3). No Favoritism No Toxicity
4). Don't miss any events. Participate in all possible events.
