Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
2.1 I joined EMS at the age of 6 in the city starting as a fresher during the Kaycee Term through dedication I started from regular EMS staff to Junior Surgeon then AMP in the Sumit Term i actively start giving training and was later selected as Dean of HRT in Noysl Term and my last rank in ems is DC of MD.
2.2 I have strong experience in the HRT Department also in MD as well as i have experiance from last 10+ terms so i can manage and im not sure but i will try to make best term forever
2.3 I have served more than 12 terms in EMS so i think i can manage the ems as leader

I will try to do weekly EMS RP events and actively participate in scripted and unscripted city events because its important so i our first target after lobbies I will strengthen departments like Internal Affairs PR HRT and FTO to ensure proper training and discipline to solve night-shift lobby coverage issues i will introduce better bonuses and incentives strong communication rule enforcement and a motivated FTO team will be my priority to improve overall EMS RolePlay quality
