Hello Admin Sir
We were doing Checkpoint and while doing this guy fight with us so we take down this guy and we were processing him to jail but when i have put him on floor and confiscate his illegal item so he start walking and why i try to grab by my arm its said put him up from floor so in this situation i have mistakenly un cuff him after that he run and when i try to catch him so he leave the situation immediately. So its rule break under section GR 6.2. Please Look into matter and give him punishment.
