Dear Curator of the Project,
I am writing this appeal regarding my permanent ban. I understand that unban appeals are for admitting mistakes and asking for a second chance.
I was banned because my character was falling through the map and glitching. From the administrator's perspective, this surely looked like I was using illegal software or abusing bugs. However, the honest reason was my very old and weak PC. My hardware could not load the map textures in time, which caused me to fall through the ground repeatedly.
I admit that I should not have participated in RP situations with such severe technical issues, as it disrupted the server and the experience for others. I apologize for this oversight.
The reason I am asking for an unban now is that I have bought a new, better PC. The technical cause for the ban is completely gone. I can now play the game smoothly, map textures load perfectly, and I will not fall through the map anymore.
I really enjoy playing on Grand RP and I would be very happy if you could lift the ban or reduce the sentence, as I have fixed the problem on my end and I want to follow the rules properly with my new setup.
