I am writing this message because I feel deeply frustrated and treated unfairly. I would like to file a complaint and express serious criticism regarding the admin Luigi Ahner. I was banned for ban evading simply because I logged into my brother’s forum account. At that time, I was completely new to Grand RP, and multiple admins clearly told me that this would not be an issue.
What makes this situation especially painful is that I can prove everything beyond any doubt. I can provide HWID, IP addresses, and any other technical evidence that may be required. I can even show pictures of two completely different setups to clearly prove that no rule violation took place.
Despite this, I have already submitted two unban requests and provided strong and undeniable evidence, including a voice comparison that proves 100% that I did not break any rules. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from Luigi Ahner or Fabian Grace on Discord, even though I followed all required procedures and templates.
This situation has been extremely discouraging for me, as I genuinely enjoy Grand RP and only want a fair and honest review of my case. I am simply asking to be heard and treated justly.

Therefore, during that period, I ordered a PC to my main address, several hundred kilometers away. When I finally returned home, everything was new to me. My brother helped me with the setup, explained which mods are allowed, and told me that I needed a forum account. Since I did not have my own account at that time, I used his account without any bad intentions, simply because I was overwhelmed and did not know how to start.
During the PC check in July, I explained this situation openly and honestly. I was told that this was not a problem, and it was confirmed that I am not ID 14589. The next day, during the second PC check, I explained everything again, and once more I was told that it was not an issue
What further proves that I am telling the truth is that you can clearly see that I created my account exactly during the period when I returned home and started using my own PC. In addition, I provided a clear voice comparison—two completely different voices—which clearly proves that I am not my brother. I honestly find it very upsetting that my request was still denied and that I am being accused of lying, even though this point can be objectively verified.
