Hello Curator of Project,
so in the middle of 2024, I got falsely banned for Warehouse, because I took stuff from the storage of the fam, but it was okay for the leader. After that I got reported for Warehouse from somebody that made a fake account that should imitate my old fam leader who had access to the logs. After the report got sent, my fam leader and many of my old fam members wrote under the ticket and DM’d Tjay Tired and Roberto Fire, to tell them that it was a fake account. After that the guy who faked the forum account wrote in the thread, to close the thread ( ). But it got completely ignored. After that I wrote my first unban appeal to explain everything and explain the whole situation and hopefully get unbanned. But I just got the reply “Rejected” from Roberto Fire ( ), but honestly I just couldn’t really understand his decision.
After that I wrote my next appeal 6 months later, to let everything cool down. In that time my fam leader also wrote Roberto Fire again, because after the 40th of my 60 day ban I got permanently banned by Roberto Fire. He talked to him and explained everything again and Roberto said it was okay and I would be unbanned ( ). But as expected I got hit with the same answer again “Rejected” even though I was supposed to be unbanned ( ). Because I found his treatment wrong I wrote an appeal for the curator but forgot to tick the box for curator, but anyways I got hit with the same answer again “Rejected” nothing else no explanation just rejected ( ).
After that I waited four months again and explained it all from the core to the shell again, because I still had hope that I would be getting fair treatment, but with no luck, I just got told that fam warehouse bans can’t be unbanned ( https://imgur.com/a/suMKVsz ), but I never was fairly banned in the first place and I wrote that story every time with the fake account and everything.
An addition would be that Roberto Fire and Monika Tired both got blacklisted from the DE1 server and that the fake account that started it all even made fun of me in the forum DM system ( https://imgur.com/a/wsxjPft ).
I just wanted to say that in my opinion I wouldn’t be here and be writing this appeal after 1.5 years after the ban, if I wouldn’t be seriously interested in this project and I never had a ban before that. I always followed the rules, never not even got banned 1 day in nearly over 3 years of active playtime.
I will just thank you already for reading all of that and taking your time for me.
