I am writing to respectfully appeal my ban and to clarify a misunderstanding regarding my accounts.
Initially, I started playing on a secondary account (my twink). Shortly after, I forgot the password to that account and believed I had permanently lost access to it. Because of this, I created a new account and continued playing, investing a significant amount of time and effort into progressing on that new account.
Later on, I unexpectedly remembered the password to my original account and regained access to it. After that, I continued playing on both accounts. I understand now that this may have appeared as if I was intentionally using a twink while hiding my main account, but that was not my intention. The situation happened due to a genuine mistake and confusion, not to gain an unfair advantage or break the rules.
I sincerely apologize for any rule violation caused by this misunderstanding. I respect the GR1.4 rules and community and assure you that this will not happen again. I am willing to cooperate fully and follow any instructions or conditions you may set.
