1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

Ans:
i want to become an admin because I like helping other people and making sure our server is equitable for all players I have have had sufficient time playing in RP life to know how our server functions and operates in addition to our rules and common issues players encounter Gradually I have come to realize that I derive more joy helping out other players and ensuring people follow the rules rather than simply developing in RP life Departing from RP life will not be simple for me but I understand that an admin must be neutral and responsible I am prepared to leave behind my RP life in order to dedicate myself entirely to this community I would like to help out in Grand RP by being an active patient and fair admin and also by providing a good environment where players can roleplay in a realistic and high quality manner.

2. What are your strengths?

Ans:
my personal strengths include being able to remain calm when faced with a problem and not make decisions when I am angry or biased towards someone I listen before I make a judgment trying to be fair to all people I am able to learn from my failures and take constructive criticism because I want to grow.

3. What are your weaknesses?

Ans:
one of my weaknesses is being too serious sometimes because I want to do a good job I also used to have difficulty in making decisions sometimes especially in situations which are quite tough but I am improving by learning to rely on my knowledge of rules and my judgment.

4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?

Ans:
I possess good communication and problem solving skills I remain calm in a situation listen to players and try to grasp all information before taking a final call I am a fair patient person with a conflict resolution skill set that will not increase a problem but resolve it.
