Born in neglected neighborhoods of Los Santos, Felix Frost witnessed crime and negligence go hand in hand from a young age, and watched as his family struggled while politicians and authorities in power made empty promises to his family. Emergency lights came and went, and the Newport area saw no justice. Each of these events taught Felix in a cruel way about survival in Los Santos, and that it came from influence. Fairness was nowhere to be found. From the age of 12, Felix tried to stay clean. The streets, however, were lessons in themselves. Friends would fall off, and disappear violence, and some would be easily replaced with faceless, buried corps. Each such loss hardened him up even further. The system, he realized, was not broken but rather needed to be left the hell alone. Clarity came with adulthood, as did the harsh truth. Felix saw there was power in Los Santos, but it was fake, like the burn of a wasp nest. It was a spectacle of money, connections, and silence. There was no room to be ignored. Compromises of all kinds needed to be made in order to protect and insulate himself, and his circle. Adaptation, surviving, and staying relevant, were the mother and father to the children of corruption. Felix did not adapt for the sake of greed, and it was here that it became a perverse part of him. Bending the rules to stay relevant, to survive in a city that punished the honest.
:-Career Story:-
Felix Frost’s career had a very rough start. As a young child, he started on the very rough streets trying to figure out survival with a gangleader. During that time, he learned and studied how power, fear, and money interrelate. He learned the very harsh way what it feels to have power, how money is the root to a lot of evils and how violence, betrayal and loss go hand in hand with peace and control. After that, he chose a very different path and is a very valuable member of the LEOS, and is still trying to stop crime, this time, from the inside. As an officer of the law and a gained very unusual past, he earned the right to and did study crime on an advanced level from within a legal system and earned the right from the very start and the majority of the legal system, respect from it and the membership. He would and did use every ounce of control and power. This time, using control and power to make a change within the legal system on the presence of corruption and an absence of control and legal power, he and they would have an absence of legal power and a presence of crime. As time passed, his past and it’s presence as a crime earned him power and very close to the presence of crime, and he earned more than a presence of peace and justice. He earned and gained peace in crime. He earned member of peace and crime. He earned the right to use and to have power. He was the legal system. Power. Crime. Corruption. Crime. Everything. And he was a civil member of the system.
Outcomes :
1. Felix Can help escape jail (darknet) or from custody for bribe (up to 100k) or illegal items.
2. Felix can use truth serum to get people to tell the truth. (Using /try max of 2 times each person per situation)
3. Felix Can sell/buy weapons and drugs (Following GR 6.3). (No selling of anything from Org.)
4. Felix can do illegal activities due to his criminal past. (Ghetto, Robbing, Illegal actions from G Menu can do off duty, the rest can do on duty, Not against LEOs) by following GR 6.3, GR 6.16, GH 1.8 and SR 5.5 as well.
5. Felix can destroy people's bodycams, and any other footage material like saved SSD's. by using /try to find the bodycam max twice per situation, and then /do to destroy it.
6. Felix can lie and deny about his identification by pretending it to be someone else if he feels it's better for the organisation.
7. Felix can put Illegal items in 10-15 or citizens pockets / backpacks to get them into custody( With proper RP ).
