At timestamp 1:06 you can see he uses the airhorn then cancels it's animation to kill me with his weapon for unfair advantage

In the thread below for reference, someone did same thing (canceling animation of airhorn) and got punished for it

This thread was from July and the one I sent is from November which means the rule probably changed, and it is clear bug abuse the animation of airhorn was canceled, here is another reference
