1) Leader of..... **VAGOS**
2) why do u want to become the leader of this specific organisation -
i) In recent times, the quality of leadership in the city has gotten worser, and ive been noticing it. I belive i am and will be responsible and capable of improving and showing people the actual meaning of leadership and roleplay.
ii) Vagos has been a bit dead and quiet in the city, I belive i can and will make it active by doing daily events like store rob, clands, FZ raid etc. and bring back the og Vagos Vibes and its respect.
iii) As a leader i will explain the meaning of roleplay to my new members, not just by words, but by actions too. If anyone from my gang does something wrong and illegal, i will teach them and take responsibility that they wont do it again from next time onwards.
3) Your advice for improving the roleplay in the server
ans - I will take my gang in clands, store rob, etc. To improve roleplay, and if someone shows no interest in roleplay from their side. I will possibly even fire them. It will create a fear in their minds that if i do not show enough roleplay, there is no value of them in the city and they will surely show interest in roleplay from that day onwards. I will always keep a close watch on my members and those members who arent interested especially and once they do anything wrong, i myself will go and confront them, and teach them the mistake they did respectfully.
