1. Extensive Leadership Experience within EMS
Throughout my journey in EMS, I have been trusted with multiple leadership and administrative responsibilities. I have served in the following positions, which have provided me with deep operational and managerial experience:


  • COS – 1x
  • COO – 1x
  • Deputy Chief of HRT – 2x
  • Head of Training – 2x
  • Dean of Training – 2x

Holding these roles has allowed me to understand EMS from every perspective, including command structure, training management, operational response, and employee development. This experience enables me to lead with clarity, fairness, and confidence.


2. Leadership Under Pressure and Team Management
Working in high-ranking positions has taught me how to make quick and effective decisions during critical situations. I understand the pressure that comes with leadership and know how to manage teams calmly while ensuring strict protocol compliance and patient safety. I strongly believe that leadership is about guidance, support, and accountability, not authority alone.


3. Vision for Structured Growth and Long-Term Stability
As Chief of EMS, my focus will be on structured and sustainable growth. I plan to strengthen training programs, introduce certification-based specialization, and ensure clear rank progression. Efforts and performance will be properly acknowledged to keep motivation high. These steps will help EMS grow with disciplined, skilled, and committed professionals who take pride in serving the city.




3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization


Maintaining high-quality roleplay is my top priority. I will ensure strict adherence to EMS roleplay standards, radio discipline, and protocol usage. Regular scenario-based training sessions will be conducted to help EMS members practice detailed and realistic roleplay situations. These sessions will improve confidence, teamwork, and decision-making.


Training frequency will be increased, and the reward structure will be adjusted to fairly recognize activity and performance. Every EMS employee matters, and respect, discipline, and professionalism will always remain the foundation of the organization.
