Regular scenario-based training sessions will be conducted to help EMS members practice detailed and realistic roleplay situations. These sessions will improve confidence, teamwork, and decision-making.
Training frequency will be increased, and the reward structure will be adjusted to fairly recognize activity and performance. Every EMS employee matters, and respect, discipline, and professionalism will always remain the foundation of the organization.
