Youre braindead if you think this falls into mercy killing. Mercykilling is when someone kills their friend to avoid getting arrested or robbed. This is not mercykilling because they were the ones incharge of the RP and decided to end the situation. There was no more RP this they finished you off... typically done out of respect for your time.

As stated above. They didnt kill you to AVOID anything.... there was nothing you were avoiding by them killing you other than you staying on the ground for another 3 minutes until you bled out... you are just salty you got shit on and want them to "pay"
