Leader of EMS

Additional Information:
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (three reasons with explanation):
2.1)
I would like to be the leader of EMS so that i can better help the citizens and leos of the city, although i do have quite a bit of experience in EMS i have spent most of my time in this city as a LEO. i feel like moving to lead EMS is the right next step for me.
2.2) The second reason i would like to be the new leader of EMS is that i feel like i work amazingly well under pressure, mostly from my experience as a LEO as mentioned. i feel like to be the leader of EMS you would need to work well under pressure which i think i can do.
2.3) And the very final reason i would like to lead EMS is because in past terms i have seen that EMS is left out of most situations/conversations between other orgs and i feel like with my connections within leo orgs i can change that.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
3.1)
The first advice to improving RP within EMS would be having extremely active HC teams and FTO's (Field training officers) to ensure that the new recruits are trained up to the perfect standards and are the best they can be.
3.2) Co-ordination between different orgs, ensuring that they are always stocked up to the max on medkits, have heath insurance, and no spreading illnesses (we will do frequent visits to the respective HQ's to ensure all is fine).
3.3) I would like to highly focus on the surgical unit to ensure surgeries are being performed when needed, and to the highest of standards, frequent training sessions handled by top level surgeons.
