2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 EMS is my first organization in this city and It was the place where I learned the fundamentals of roleplay, discipline, and responsibility. I joined EMS when I was age 5 i made mistakes like every new recruit but continuously worked to improve myself. Over time I progressed through the ranks, handled high pressure situations, worked extended shifts, and experienced EMS in both high activity and low activity periods. EMS is not just an organization to me it has become a second family. Becoming Chief is not about status it is about taking responsibility for the department I have invested most of my time and effort into.
2.2 EMS is one of the most responsibility organizations in the city, and without proper discipline, it quickly turns into chaos. I want to ensure that EMS operates with clear standards, structured hierarchy, and accountability at every rank.
2.3 Leadership is not about authority it is about decision making under pressure. EMS often operates in high stress situations, and a leader must remain calm, fair, and decisive. I want to create an environment where EMS members feel supported, heard, and motivated to perform better.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Improving roleplay starts with mastering the basics. I would ensure that EMS members are regularly trained and reminded about medical roleplay procedures, radio discipline, and proper interaction with other departments.
