If you check this guy's punishment history, you will see that this guy does not have a place in this server. Why does not he get banned permanently for the racism and harrasment he did. Do you really want to see this guy in the city?

I am also hearing from a lot of people that this guy comes in city with different accounts when his accounts get banned. So it would be good if you check if he is breaking Gen 1.4 too.

If he does not have any other issue, we have some FearRP, mixing, talking while dead and CL in this video.
