Dear Administrator
It is my first day on the server, and I truly respect all the rules. I was only playing in the Arena when I suddenly received a ban for cheats. I honestly do not understand why, as I have never used any cheats or third-party programs.
I would never break the rules, especially on my first day. I kindly ask for a review of my ban, as I believe this may be a mistake

So please Christmas events has started and i need to get unbanned please.
I am ready to cooperate, provide any information, or go through any checks needed to prove my innocence.
