2. Why do I want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1. I want to be the leader so that I can get the opportunity to give clear directions to the troopers. I will make sure that the troopers understand what we expect from them and why. Clear directions reduces hesitation which allows troopers to be more efficient and confident in what they are doing. I aim to create an environment where troopers are confident, efficient and most of all professional. Not professional in a strict manner but in a family like and friendly manner. I have got the experience of Chief of Staff within both LSPD and Government and I believe I understand how wrong expectations and neglected oversight affect the performance, confidence and efficiency.
2.2. Moreover, I strongly emphasize that leadership must focus on development of both the Troopers and High command. My time as Chief of Division in LSPD, Deputy Chief of Division in SAHP, and both Director and Deputy Director in Government have made me realize how important it is to work with your juniors and give them guidance. In addition to that, I would like to introduce HC training sessions for new High Commands, these sessions will introduce those units to a new perspective. It will allow them to know what their role is within the organization and how to lead the people under you. This will reduce any confusion and make the Organization efficient.
2.3. Lastly in my experience within the leadership roles I have observed that after sometime of the starting of the term, departments start to neglect their responsibilities. This leads to uneven workload within the organization and results in declined efficiency across the organization as a whole. As a leader I will ensure that each department is held accountable for its duties through out my term.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
3.1. Through my experience i have learned that the best way to learn RolePlay is through experience, not through watching videos. I will try to implement hands on training sessions for Newbies, especially for arresting procedure which seem to be the hardest part to complete as a starting officer in any LEO. This will also include High Command training sessions in which they will be familiarized with the events and their rules which will ensure that the organization's leading figures are working with minimal mistakes and maximum efficiency.
3.2. I have seen when High Command involvement declines the organization as a whole declines. I plan to ensure that we have supporting, active and fully trained High Commands which will lead the Troopers. Their involvement is very crucial to provide clear directions to their Junior Troopers.
3.3 To further improve I will introduce Legal Knowledge sessions. As Chief Of Staff in LSPD I have introduced this and have been receiving positive reviews from the Units who are attending those sessions. These sessions are led by our DA, Assistant Chief and Me. Since its introduction I was noticed increased confidence and activity in majority of the units in the organization. As the leader of SAHP I plan to take this initiative to increase the overall efficiency of the organization.
