2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

- I want to be sheriff because I want to help out each and every citizen in highway, also I want to keep the highway clean in each and every way I can. I will always try to have maximum numbers. I don't want law abiding citizens to suffer from getting robbed or getting any issues for law and order on the highway , so my basic motive is to make highway clean from criminals and helping out citizens. Also I will be a good sheriff If given chance, I will try my best to make the term good.

- I am a law abiding person, I always try my best to play with the rules. That means rules should be followed and my punishment history is also not bad. Because I always follow rules. I have a pretty good skills which will help me becoming leader, I know how to handle high pressure situations. I will help each and every person including citizens in best way I can. Also, I have a good experience in legal organisations, and also in most of organisations I have a good experience including high command.

-I have a very good experience and good leadership skills so that it can help me becoming leader. These qualities include helpful nature, friendly behaviour and also I am always ready to learn new and new things. I always respect high commands as well as lower commands because all the employees are equal without any discrimination. If I get leadership I will try my best to make the term very good and one of the best sahp terms.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

- Improving Internal Affairs: I will hire very good people in internal affairs which will do bgc and check licences of people and also deal with the situations in between the employees or any complaint and giving them strikes. So I will hire only honest people in IA so that the organizations will run smoothly without any misconduct.

- Improving Human Resource and Training: I will hire only people who are very much active in city and also which are willing to do open recruitment every hour in city when they are not in any event or anything. So this will increase activity and also we would get more and more employees in the organization and then there would be good numbers every time. I will try to get that there is an hr active every time at hq

- Conducting Meeting: I will make sure to conduct the meeting every week or 2 times in week with the employees to discuss the problems and issues related to organization. In this meeting there will be a discussion about the issues and about how to resolve the issues within the org.

-Highway patrol: I will also ensure that there will be more and more checkpoints done on highway so that the rp is increased more and also making it quite good and fun for officers of SAHP.

INTERNAL AFFAIRS (IA): Do bodycam checks, Do checks the licenses and also bgc checks.
