Event details (Event cannot be a common event; it needs to be special):
BREAKING NEWS, we cut to a scene that brings the Head SWAT LEO to a difficult decision. A journalist from Li has been taken, and OH NO, the gangs plan to go LIVE to every TV in Los Santos soon. The Leos must either talk the gangster down or extract the LI employee and eliminate any threats. The Gangs are trying to make a statement of strength after the loss of the 7-day event "State of Terror," and they want to show that if they wanted to, they still can get ahold of anyone they want. They are nervous and looking for a fight, even though the Head SWAT Leo will follow protocol, they know it will end in a deadly shootout. They will meet at the event location, and LEOS will try to talk it out. During this time, they are allowed to move into defensive positions around the event location. After the talk they will fight, remaining side after all of their opponents are dead is the winner.
The gang plan:
Defeat the LEOs and make their broadcast.
The Leo plan:
Defeat the Gangs and save the LI journalist.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Any gun with its respective ammunition
Other organizations involved:
LEOs: GOV/LSPD/FIB/SAHP/NG/LI
Gangs: Marabunta, Vagos, Bloods, Families, Ballas
Admin Requirements:
Giving LEOs the basic leo skin
Assisting with crowd control and ensuring fair play
How is the event won?
Last man standing of a hostage situation.
Rules of the event:
Participants must not enter the designated zone until the round starts.
Demands do not need to be given once in the designated area where shooting is allowed.
Prize for the winner: $400.000 to the event winner to split.
