Additional information

1. Leader of Vagos

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1.
I want to become the leader of Vagos because I have gained enough experience to take on this role. I was previously served as a Under Deputy in Blood Street Gang, where I led events independently and handled responsibilities successfully. Now I am ready to take the next step and run my own gang, and I believe Vagos is the best choice for me to make a strong, successful term.

2. I have many friends and allies in top families who can support Vagos during my term. Additionally, I have friends who were deputies or leaders of other gangs, and I can learn from their experience. Their guidance will help me lead effectively, minimize warns, and work towards achieving full turf control with my team.

3. I plan to keep Vogas active 24/7 and build a strong presence across the city. I want our gang to be respected and feared, even by LEOs, when entering key areas. I will promote unity among gangs where possible and focus on completing all operations, such as FZ raids, hostage situations, and highway robberies. I will also implement a bonus system to keep members motivated and active throughout my term.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1.
Create regular in game events and scenarios where members must actively interact, plan, and execute missions. The more members participate in organized RP, the stronger and more immersive the experience becomes for everyone.

2. Set clear rules about realistic character actions, consequences, and communication during RP. This ensures members know how to stay in character and prevents actions that break immersion.

3. Pair new or less experienced members with veterans for guidance. Mentorship can help members improve their roleplay skills, learn proper in character behavior, and understand how to make scenarios more engaging.

4. Introduce incentives for members who show outstanding RP, such as bonuses, promotions, or special recognition. Rewards encourage everyone to stay committed and take RP seriously.

5. Encourage members to work together during RP events, create shared storylines, and support each other’s character development. Collaboration makes RP more dynamic and realistic, rather than just individual actions.
