I was banned for using a negative setting during my PC check conducted by Frost Vukovic, where my LOD scale value was set to 0.
I understand that this setting violates the rules and can result in a ban. However, I would like to explain my side. On 19 December, I reinstalled my game because it had become bugged.

After reinstalling, I used NVIDIA settings to optimize the game for maximum FPS. Unintentionally, this optimization reduced my LOD scale value. I did not manually change this setting or do it with any unfair or malicious intent. I am attaching my POV as proof to support my explanation. This is also my first ban in my entire history, and I have always tried to follow the rules sincerely.

I kindly request you to please consider my situation and, if possible, unban or reduce the duration of my ban. I assure you that this will not happen again, and I will be more careful with my settings in the future.
