Nick Rune was in charge of the situation Approved - RK | 14046.
He issued 2 warnings to me which I find VERY unjust and I request that I get 1 warning removed and only have 1 warning and I will explain why.
I was Punished with 2 warnings and 180 mins jail time for the reasons below:
General Rule 6,15
Powergaming
NLR
Fear RP
Unrealistic Behavior
Firstly I disagree with the Punishment for Gen Rule 6,15 since I was protecting my solar panels and according to Administrator Levi Blvckbird you can kill someone to protect/steal solar panels. Screenshot : Screenshot
Secondly I did not powergame since I started punching BEFORE he pulled out the gun and I knew I would get him killed before he could do something
Thirdly when someone breaks a rule that many times I have EVERY right to get mad and try to get my solar panel no matter what the cost.
Fourthly when I saw him instead of my friend I panicked and didnt know what I was doing, I tried to get out of the situation and then tried to go for the panel since there was only 1 minute left.
I dont believe I deserve 2 WARNINGS AT ONCE, thats unfair to me and to everyone this happens to, I am trying to protect my panels at every cost and I am trying to prevent this rulebreaking leech move to ruin my mood, and Mr Rune, instead of helping stop these rulebreaks you punish me instead and let them walk away with the batteries they got by rulebreaking and only leave them with warnings.
I hope justice is attributed because that really ruined my mood, playing for 10+ hours almost every day and thats how I get rewarded, not being able to join the org of my choice for two weeks.
