Hello Higher Ups,
About four months ago, I got lack of trust, and I know that was because of my own behavior. I won’t make excuses for it. I understand that what I did was wrong. Since then, I’ve taken time to reflect, improve myself, and genuinely change the way I act.
I accepted the punishments I received and tried to learn from every mistake. I truly regret my past actions, and I honestly wish I had handled things differently back then.
Right now, I’m only asking for one more chance to prove that I’ve changed. Seeing my friends move forward into leadership roles motivates me, but it also reminds me of my past mistakes. Still, I believe people can grow, and I know I have.
I have been Deputy positions in all organizations, and my goal is to step up and become a leader on Grand RP EN3. I’m confident that I can handle the responsibility and represent the organization properly if given the opportunity.
From the bottom of my heart, I ask you to please consider giving me a chance to prove myself again.
