Dear Support Team,

My appeal has been rejected without any explanation or response to my questions. Instead, I only received the message: “Rejected. Your ban will be changed to GR 1.6 by Mazhor.”

I am therefore asking why this ban is being classified as GR 1.6, as this has nothing to do with the Mavi_Jeans (101800) account.

This concerns a different account (ID 96763), on which no rules have ever been broken. There has never been a GR 1.6 violation on this account. I simply attempted to log in after a long period of inactivity and discovered that the account was banned for “security reasons.”

If there is any concern regarding account security or data integrity, I want to clearly state that I fully agree to a complete wipe of this account. My only request is to be allowed to access the game again legitimately.

Without any clarification, the decision to convert this ban to GR 1.6 does not make sense to me.
Could you please explain:

  • Why account ID 96763 is being marked as a GR 1.6 violation
  • How this account is allegedly related to the Mavi_Jeans (101800) account
I respectfully request a clear explanation, as my appeal is being rejected without any reasoning provided.

No need for any further Forum posts. GR1.6 is never considered for unban and blacklist.
