Reffering this , you cannot off your own voice recording from setting , as he used radio at 0:47 and 0:53 and this voice is not audable thats means he is not recording it.

Dear Administrator , this guys is doing admin deceive as he firstly uploaded full pov in which he was not recording his full voice due to which he can get banned according to Rejected - ER 1.7 | Dom_Salvatore this forum , and i recorded the part where he was saying in fam radio and his voice was not coming here is the part -

, you can check at 0:41 as when he get to know he did his full pov private and gave only last part where he crashed
