Rejected Kill without giving proper demands and Car ramping

Dear Administrator

I am a EMS employee And doing Calls duty and when i am doing to patch the patient he did not giving proper demands to leave or dont patch on the left eye or radio he also damaged my AMV and doing car ramping constantly i want to punish him harder so he cant able to do next time i just call the adin on the spot to solved it but he get late so he cant see at the spot
