Hey there administrators of grand rp EN-1. So i was blocked for 30 calendar days for the reason of ER-1.7 followed by this link Reviewed - [UR] [Ballas] ER 1.11 + ER 1.4 + POV Request | 481924, 440523, 503824

So this guy was reporting initially for shooting outside of zone, as you can clearly see in the clip i was not shooting outside of the zone and you were able to visibly see my id and person at the end of the video 1:53-2:03 of the video that i was inside the zone when the officer got killed so this officer provided the pov that i was inside the zone already without me having to provide pov. Also at the time of the report i was sleeping so i was not able to see or had no idea about this at all, Just so you know it has been passed 48 hours, where my clips are automatically deleted to make some room for the new clips. If you would also like proof that i clip in grand rp i can show proof. Its just that after 48 hours my clips get deleted for new room for the new clips. Also if you check the forum link i provide of the person who reported me you can see all the other peoples clips and you can clearly see i never had any intention to shoot from outside the zone because i know the punishments to this rule break.

and honestly i was sleeping too so i would have never ever knew that i needed to post pov until i just opened the game right now to see if i can play and it showed that i was banned for ER1.7 and tbh this is the first time i get punished for this but ill make sure to extend my time of saved files to 1 week so by the end of every week meaning on a Sunday they will get deleted so i can be on the safe side just incase anything is requested of me, extremely sorry for this and will make sure it never happen again.

yo thats messed up , you were sleeping and didnt see the thread yo thats messed i feel like 12 hours to request your pov is not enough time , i be sleeping for 12 hours sometimes. i dont see anything wrong in the clip you were in the clip.

This looks like a good gun fight. I only seen you at the end of the clip and not out the zone. 12 hours to show POV is not always enough time as people have lives outside of Grand. Especially since this was from 48 hrs ago and had no knowledge of this sooner.

hes saying you guys were shooting out the yellow zone , but the place the fib were at is impossible to get there without going out the yellow zone to rush them, now let me say this, if you get shot at your first reaction is to shoot back. right or wrong? so when your team rushed them and got shot at by fib whats there first reaction is to shoot back!!!! not saying you did but out of 20 people rushing 1 of them had to shoot. but i see nothing wrong here all i see is a good shootout the only reason he reported people is cuz he lost the gun fight now if he didnt lose and fib won the gunfight, how much you wanna bet he wouldve never reported no one. i think hes just a cry baby sore loser. and the crazy thing is i only see u in 4 secounds of the clip and the whole time u only started shooting when u entered the yellow zone. i just think personally this is just another case of being a sore loser

I just want to point out it’s people like panda in this city that lose anything anything and automatically fish for any reason to post people and get them banned for the smallest reasons literally will pov request people just to get them banned and I feel that’s totally unfair these people make the city lose great people and great amounts of money and why because you went on a roof that people have to climb up and slightly get out of the zone to rush you so you use that as a reason to pov request people that just want to have fun and shoot but yet they get the same 30 day ban as someone that steals scams or cheats because of someone angry their team lost it just isn’t right this guy doesn’t play grand he just tells on grand as you can see he had no vest on no automatic rifle no 20 percent juice nothing ready to kill he is just waiting standing around for the good shooters to hopefully kill everyone if not he’s just ready to pov request everyone he is not here to add value or rp or any life to grand just to take away and get good people banned

This is a valid gunfight, not a ER rule break on Donnies part. 12 hours to request POV is an insufficient amount of time considering some people work 12-16 hours a day or sleep 12 hours a day. So any person has a potential to miss a 12 hour deadline and is automatically rewarded with a punishment? I feel this is unjust and the process should be reconsidered for the sake of EVERYONE not just this one post. Aforementioned you can clearly see my client here hasn’t committed a rule break. Don’t punish him for the actions of another.

To piggyback off this reply, I think there should be a time limit to post someone. Obviously we are only required to keep POV for 48 hours. Anything past 48 hours shouldn’t be allowed to be reported as it is most likely a retaliatory report aka a butt hurt report.
