1. Why do you want to be an admin and quit RP life?
Mostly, I spent a lot of time in RP life and acquired strong experience with server rules, player behavior, and overall community culture. At this stage, I feel that by contributing as an admin, I would be able to give back much more meaningfully: maintaining fair play, assisting players, and helping the server grow. Becoming an admin represents a natural step for me to support the community beyond regular roleplay.
2. What are your strengths?

3. What are your weaknesses?
I sometimes undertake too many responsibilities at one time, aiming for perfection. I am, nevertheless, trying to develop my time management and prioritization skills in order to balance tasks more comfortably.

Leadership & Teamwork: Effectively coordinated with the fellow admins.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of server systems, logs, RP mechanics
Conflict Resolution: Experienced in settling disputes in a non-confrontational manner.
Professionalism: Always neutral, respectful, and rule-focused
5. Will you be prepared to sell your business?
No. I currently do not have any IRL problems or circumstances that would affect my activity. My schedule is flexible, and I am able to remain consistently active and committed to my responsibilities.

None currently. I am in no IRL circumstances that would restrict my availability. I have a flexible schedule and can commit consistent time to admin duties.

I am a loyal, long-serving member of the server with a good standing in the community. I strongly believe in fairness, transparency, and teamwork, and I am very motivated to contribute to improving the experience of all players in the field of roleplay.
