When I saw this guy open-carrying and firing, and when I had the right chance to arrest him, I managed to cuff him and take him to the sidewalk. While doing that, I got RDM’d by another guy.
At frame {0:36} in the POV, you can see ID 494389 driving a white Chiron, who is later seen doing RDM and MKing the cuffed guy at {1:26}. So metagaming is also possible.
